By accessing and using CivReady, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use CivReady for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in CivReady
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Description

CivReady provides AI-powered military-to-civilian resume translation services. We use advanced language models to help veterans and transitioning service members convert their military experience into civilian-friendly terminology.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment Terms

Certain features of CivReady require payment. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases, including subscription plans or credit packages. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period or any unused credits.

6. Intellectual Property

The resumes and documents you create using CivReady are your property. However, the service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CivReady and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer

CivReady is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee job placement or interview success. The effectiveness of resume translations depends on many factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CivReady or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if CivReady has been notified of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
